ALKOHOL was established in 2015 and has been going strong ever since. It means alcohol in german and its our real name! we're often recognized by our catchy IG username, drinkalkohol.
Our logo draws inspiration from the vibrant Miami nightlife and its iconic neon lights.Pink and blue also represent our community of cocktail drinkers who enjoy the experience.

Do you offer cleaning services? How do you handle clean-up and breakdown after the event?Our bar staff will leave the bar area tidied and consolidate your bottles, but will not be able to fully clean the bar area (mopping, brooming, etc.) as we do not provide the tools to do so. We will do our best to leave everything as cleanly as possible.

Do you have party packages?No. Our bartending service is made to measure for your celebration. We don't want to treat all of our clients equally because they are not. We make our best to design a proposal for your needs.

Is gratuity included in your service?No. Gratuity is greatly appreciated however is always optional.

What methods of payment do you accept?- Cash - Debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercad, American Express) - E-wallets: Venmo, Cash app, Apple pay, Google pay. - Zelle transfers.

My venue is asking for a COI? Can you issue a COI?Yes! It's a certificate of insured (COI), meaning our insurance company will cover your venue in case of any liabilities. We are able to issue a COI to any venue at no cost for you. In order for us to process your COI request, please make sure to have the following available: - Certificate Holder - Full Address - Additional Insured (if different) - Other Requests (e.g. Waiver or Subrogation or other additional wording)

What areas do you serve?We are a South Florida company, so we serve Miami Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe county. Also, we can serve in any state of the country. Restrictions may apply.

How far in advance should I reserve your services?We book dates on a first come, first served basis but we strongly encourage you to book as soon as you confirmed your celebration. We can book your party up to 6 months in advance. Last minute bookings could be accommodated but there is no warranty because of availability despite our ability to host multiple parties simultaneously.

Are you licensed / insured?Yes we are licensed. Responsible alcohol training is not mandated by the state of Florida. However, Our Bartenders / mixologists have all completed Bartending School Course and have been certified into responsible serving of alcohol. No liquor license is required because we do not sell alcohol. Yes. We have General liability insurance which is required in many venues in order to operate in their facilities. Alkohol is responsible for every single person we serve alcoholic beverages. Please take a special noticed, that if you are hosting an event where alcohol is being served, you are still liable for all of you guests; because it is your event. We also have a Liquor liability insurance that gives us an extra layer of protection. Remember, we are insured but your event is not! For an additional fee your event can be insured up to $ 2 million.

What happens if our party rums long?We will do our best to work with you to determine exactly how long you think your event will run. However, we understand sometimes events will run past the expected end time. We will always try to accommodate these requests but they are determined on a case-to-case basis. If we are able to stay longer, we bill at an incremental hourly rate.

Do I have to provide parking for your staff?Definitely yes. Parking must be provided by you, either on your property, in a place legally authorized for such purpose or through a valet parking service.

Do you create signature drinks?We can mix from traditional cocktails to our house cocktails. Moreover we are glad to create special drinks with original and tasty flavors for you. Clearly it would be a WOW factor in your party and will reflect your personality. Let us know if you would like to add your own to your drink menu!

Do I need a deposit to hold on to a date?Yes. We ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due (2) days prior to your event.See our agreement service.

What time do you expect to arrive to my party?Up to 2 hours prior to the event start time. It’s depends complexity of the service that we design for you.

Can I Provide my own alcohol?Yes! This is the most preferred route for most clients. We can help you with assistance given you a list for your celebration according to the drink menu and guests confirmed by you. If you want a full bar service (alcohol included), although we are not legally able to sell you alcohol, we have valuable parteners to include alcohol in your bartending service.

Hermann makes the most delicious cocktails and always has the best attitude. Since Hermann brought everything needed for the bar, we had a very relaxed time and were able to enjoy our own party as guests. We will definitely hire Hermann again. Highly recommended.

Oh my God where to start!! Drinks amazing amazing amazing!! The bartenders attitude won over everything!! Positive attitude in your party amazing drinks not too strong not so soft. Fast and professional service always with a smile trading my guest like it you were in the VIP. The coconut Mojito they were to die for!!
